Based in London's Park Royal for the last 10 years, our family run Italian bakery produces the very finest in Focaccia, Ciabatta and Panini breads. Whether your requirement is for freshly baked ambient bread, frozen or part baked Italian breads, il Fornaio takes the most care to ensure that you receive the best bread our bakery has to offer. Il Fornaio was established by Sebastiano Varchione in 1984. Our first bakery was situated under the famous brick arches at Kings Cross, where with his wife Angela and her brother Giuseppe Schettino (Uncle Joe), il Fornaio began baking. Time honoured artisan recipes were used with Sebastiano and Uncle Joe incorporating their traditional know how to produce il Fornaio's fine breads.
