Our Ciabatta and Panini bread is delicious and the secret of our great tasting bread lies in the quality of our ingredients. Naturally only the finest flour and virgin olive oil is used. There are never any artificial additives in our Ciabatta or our Panini. Our dough is prepared using Sebastiano and Uncle Joe's authentic family recipe. A recipe that has been tried and tested for over 25 years. As the dough gently rests, the distinct Italian flavour of olive oil, infuses with the fermenting yeast of the mixture. This process creates the delicious texture of our bread. With our Ciabatta the proving process is 24 hours, producing a light open texture to the bread. Panini dough needs less time to prove thus producing a more closed texture. Once it is ready for the oven the dough is dusted with semolina flour, and then baked to perfection. The Ciabatta and Panini comes out of the ovens with a thin and crispy golden brown crust and is ready for delivery.
